NOW THEY'RE DRAGGING THE POPE INTO IT!

Now there's a major quandary for The Peeppul. The Pope has spoken of his concerns about national divisions. He says, in an interview with the press, that each separitist movement should be looked at on a “case by case basis”. He mentions Scotland, among other places, but does not say under which category he places it. Is Scottish independence to be supported or condemned? Of course, the Daily Record is all over this like a dose of crab-lice, claiming that the Pontiff has come down on the side of a 'No' vote in the referendum.

So where does this leave The Peeppul? I'm dying to see what McMurdo and his disciples say about it. They've been banging on forever and a day about how Scottish independence is some big Catholic conspiracy, with its headquarters in the Vatican itself. So how are they going to square this one? Who knows - maybe they'll all suddenly become converts to the cause of independence!

I see a new word has entered the vocabulary of the hard-of-thinking: cybernats. It always amazes me how these doughballs call themselves 'free-thinking' and yet seem to rely on somebody to tell them what to think, say and do. And, of course, they all love using this new word as much as possible. McMurdo, just like the rest of them, has a go at the 'cybernats' that posted 'vile abuse' online against JK Rowling. He also condemns Norman Maciver, a survivor of the Clutha tragedy, for his 'up against the wall' comment on Twitter.

Now there's a thing. No sooner had the helicopter crashed into the Clutha than The Peeppul were online with all manner of racist and sectarian abuse and rejoicing at the deaths. All the Daily Record had to say at the time was that the police were looking into online abuse, nothing to say what the abuse had been about or who had done it. It's strange how they can manage to print details when it suits them! I pointed this out on the DR forum and got so many thumbs down that I felt as if I'd just lost a fencing match in the Colosseum!

McMurdo says that if Scotland becomes independent then it will become a "hate-drenched, narrow-minded wee country". Ironically, it's already that and most of us are looking forward to an indpendent country when 'hate-drenched' and 'narrow-minded' Peeppul like McMurdo and his ilk piss off to England or wherever!

Speaking of which, I see one of the scum involved in the parcel bombs sent to Neil Lennon and others has been released from prison. He's got his own Facebook page, which he's been running from inside prison. This, of course, is illegal and an 'inquiry' is underway. What's the betting that we hear no more about it? And The Peeppul have been online to praise him to the hilt, calling him 'One of The People.' What was that about 'hate-drenched' and 'narrow-minded'?

Meanwhile, the Union of Fuckwits are again demanding that the deeds to Ibrox and Murray Park are handed over. The paucity of sales of season tickets seems to make them think they've won their case. Hardly. They've still to let us all know how many actually signed up for Honest Dave's scheme, so they can hardly claim any kind of mandate from The Peeppul. I've seen somewhere that around 7000 folk were daft enough to trust their money going into a crook's bank account, which is less than half of those that have bought season tickets. Most of The Peeppul are keeping their hands in their pockets, either because the books are now too dear or because they're fed up watching the keich served up by Sooperally and his team. The signing of Kenny 'Creosote' Miller has hardly fired their imaginations! So Listy Graham and Halloween Houston will get short shrift from the board!

And finally...I won't bother saying it. I'll just print the link again. Just click on the picture below. (That's the second one down, in case you're still half asleep!)
